Finally clear to start a new project; feels like forever. Plenty of lessons learned on the prototype to streamline this process. I hope.
The last scales were fairly chunky and ate through a lot of scraps. Going with a 2 x 3-1/2 scale with a jelly roll head start to compensate for my lack of florals. Some of the fabrics were too mature for this one, but still plenty to get rolling with. Lining with muslin this time around and marking rather than precutting the curves. Chain stitching in 3 parts if it tests well. I probably should have tracked my yardage better, but it is what it is. And cutting is the worst part of everything.
