The shoulder set well, but prime revealed a mold line on the convex surface of the cloak. After several failed attempts with a sanding swab, I scraped it with my hobby knife and then puttied over it. Now it’s another 24-hours to cure.


I thought I’d get back to the drake, but I wasn’t feeling particularly inspired by the greens. I heard on the YouTubes that green makes an excellent primer for red, which sounded weird, so I tried it. And it worked. Sadly, the wash dried quite glossy.
