The new shelves should be delivered tomorrow, touching off lab redux; seemed like a good time to close this loop. I know there was an original plan involving my airbrush, but I’ve lost the thread. At this point, I just want it done. I’m tired of looking at the unpainted triangles and remembering how long it’s looked like this. In June I was worried it would be taped and primed for three weeks. Instead it was half-painted for four months.
Freehanding the latex touchups may not have been my best plan, but I didn’t have tape thin enough. Or patience deep enough. It’s not perfect, but its not a dumpster fire. And with a couple coats of varnish, it’s done.
