Morning sun is a blessing and a curse – easier to see spots that need cleaning, somewhat blinding during application. The final lines should have a steeper curve, but it is what it is. Some days a line executed with wobbly confidence is better than two hours of cursing over Halloween decor. Especially with the congregation parking lot filling up fast.
The paint and adhesive are curing and she should be ready for color tomorrow. If I get my swatches done today.
OK, I sat with it all day and the last row was just too shallow. The angle of the curve still isn’t quite right – next time I’ll make a template and leave the overlap cuts until last – but at least the proportions are closer.
