I stalled out on the Illustrator’s Launchpad again. I really meant to finish the balance lesson, but houseplants are boring. I wasn’t feeling picnic items either, so I went with camping gear. I like the simplification exercises and I’m getting used to freehand wobbles. I actually skipped the quick shapes more than I expected I would.
As far as geometric goes, I think the kettle is my favorite, though I am also fond of the lantern. Jaunty is not a word I would previously have used for a Coleman torch, but I keep picturing this one in a hoop skirt and bonnet.

A whole building set aside for stuff you couldn’t use, couldn’t fix, and wouldn’t get rid of. Now that was the mark of people who had it good.
