Used the last of the plaster cloth for the top coat. The cliff overhang tapered well, but there was a fair amount of gappage in the plaster coverage. In the end I dipped into the stash and mixed some supplemental spackle to smooth things over. I didn’t worry too much about the ocean bits, given the undercoat, fake water, and details to come.
Worst case I give it a scuptamold candy coating. I have a feeling that the cardboard frame transition is going to come back to bite me in the ass, but what the flock. And back to the drying rack for another day.
