She said I could script whatever I wanted, so I did. I should have let the violets be instead of turning them into an amorphous blob that ate the composition, but I was having fun with the shapes and layering. A few more leaves would break things up, but after the 6,000-coat butterfly of destruction, I’m ready to move on.
The jar feels too chunky or clunky, not rounded enough. The daisies turned out fairly well, as did the coral peony or whatever it is. A second would have balanced things better, as would a a daisy on the other side. Live and learn.
