They ate almost a full 400 pk of quilting hexies, but the floor tiles are finally laid out and sealed. Like playing Tangrams with adhesives and razor blades. They’re double-sided but I didn’t recess the grates – that seemed like a lot of work for floor tiles. Maybe next time. Or not. Minion is rolling her eye again.
Once they’re painted, I’ll seal the edges with cardstock, but the glue needs to set overnight. Again. These have been sloooooow going. Killin me Smalls.
While I was going thru my supplies, I found some spare tokens for a game I don’t play. Seemed like a good excuse to make some death tokens. Flat struck me as boring, so I used seed beads to give them clotting factor. I used most of a bottle of Glistening Blood technical paint, but crimson paint or ink and gloss medium would have worked just as well. Probably better, actually, as I would have had full control of consistency.
