Finally made it to the final stages. I finished cutting the corners and did a final seal of the edges with exterior PVA and heavy body black acrylic, to keep cardboard warping to a minimum. The canal sides are the most stable, so that’s where I started. I only stuck my thumb in it once, and I was able to fix most of it, but I figured better to let these two sides set before I start squaring off with the other two.
Of course, you may not live to spend your ill-gotten gains. Maybe you end up face-down in the radioactive sand after a shoot-out. Maybe you’re collateral damage in a Galactic War invasion. Maybe you try to pet a Krorg.

Castle SmashIt met the hammer. I love the trebuchet hole; it’s so Wile E Coyote. I expected more fragmentation and exposed foam, but it held up quite well, all things considered. The wizard survived, amid his pile of smoking rubble.
