I started some shipping containers. My holiday brain spaced the thickness of the foam board, so I got to cut everything twice. I’m sure I’ll find a use for 1/4” scrap strips eventually. I broke in my sili-brush, and I’m pretty happy with it.
Wednesday family dinner went a little too liquid and I didn’t end up crafting, but I figured the holidays would take their due eventually. I did a little sketching and a lot of planning and quit worrying about silly shit for a few days. Xmas Eve we played Warcy in grey, which was a shame, but hopefully is the push I need to get my ass back to work. I was thinking about priming with my airbrush this morning, but turns out we were getting a white after party. Definitely made extended balcony time less attractive.
I figured I had danced around Gloomhaven long enough, so I pulled together a few organizational options and started popping tokens. Daniel at Shelfside has some interesting 3rd part app recommendations that I need to check out.
In the end I went with the wooden drawers with steel fronts in addition to the original game box. I dropped a sheet of card stock in each drawer to glue foam board to, in case I decide to change things up in the future.
I took some time to review my projects and project ideas, and I have a metric shit-ton of things to do. Should keep me out of trouble, for a while anyway. In the mean time, back to shipping containers.
